All celebrities lie about the plastic surgery they have gotten, and as much as I love you, I think you're no exception, at least when it comes to your butt. I think this because I've seen pictures of you where your butt looks normal sized and then I've seen other pictures of you where your butt looks HUGE, like if it had suddenly grown out of nowhere, it's not normal because the difference is HUGE, and it can't be because of weight gain because the rest of your body looks the same. regardless of your denial to having any previous nose jobs, i have to say i think that you are denying it. compared to your other siblings from your real father's side, your nose is too much in portortion to your face (nose tip). Yes we see a minor bump but maybe you kept it because you thought it looked more natural. Also, your rich so its obvious you chose an excellent rhinoplasty surgeon. Also there are so many doctors out there that have the skill to do these nose jobs and make them look so natural, so i would not be surprised. You are beautiful but i have seen homevideos and old pictures of yourself, and your nose looked nothing like it does today, there were obvious signs of work being done on it. Just from my percepective, your nose looks very perfect from the side, a sign of surgery. Wow, this question really hit home for me.
I am Aryan and born with the nose with a bump on it. It was beautiful in size, but the bump was something I was so insecure about. I never wore my hair up, because I thought it was accentuate the bump. I never wanted people to see my profile view. I was 100% happy with the rest of me (I have always been said I look just like yamilla diaz). When I turned 26 I spent about 6 months doing research and finally went for rhinoplasty. It was probably the best thing I ever did. I had a boyfriend for 8 years already at that point who loved me so much and who supported me 100%. I could not be happier. I still have my beautiful Aryan nose, but without the bump and I love it. I still look like myself and to this date, not one person has even noticed I had it done, except for they say I look younger and like I am wearing different makeup.
THANK YOU SO MUCH KIM, for shedding some light on this matter. It should be something you do only for yourself.

Hey kim I just want to say thank you for all your advice on all these different subjects. Im sure you are helping so many young girls out there. You are definatly my favorite celeb. and the main reason is because you seem so down to earth and your really seem to care about your fans...I hope to be a great person like you when I grow up.

Kim I think a future blog about starting your own business, such as a clothing store, would be helpful for us motivated people. I plan on opening my own store someday too, but right now I'm trying to make the money from a brand new telecommunications company that's quickly spreading across the nation. Once I make my money I'll probably name it after my last name, but tips/suggestions for how to go about opening a store would be great.

P.S. Also, for season 3 of KUWTK..your family should take a trip to Armenia. I think it'd be a great experience to reconnect with your roots and show another side of the world to all the viewers.

I would never get plastic surgery. People who do look sooo freakin ridiculous when they get a little older, their face looks so silly. I had wanted rhinoplasty done since the age of 14. I finally had it done at the age of 33. I'm 34 now. It's a very rewarding and gratifying experience.

I am not against plastic surgery and I agree with what you had to say during your video. If something is affecting a persons self confidence and stopping them from fully living there lives and it is something that can be fixed with plastic surgery, than i believe it should be fixed. As long as it is done for oneself and not out of peer pressure or any sort of emotional abuse. Thank you for your advice and many insights that you provide on your website. P.S. Your nose is beautiful just the way it is Kim. You are Armenian and trust me your nose is one of the better ones you could've gotten with your heritage. I'm Greek, Armenian, Russian, and Ukrainian. My nose is not perfect either but I'm truly thankful since the mix of nationalities I have, I am blessed to have my nose. My aunt for example wasn't so lucky and her Greek genes really messed her nose up so she had plastic surgery. She's better now but like I said before I'm truly blessed to have my nose and you should be happy with yours, after all if you didn't point out that bump on your nose , I would've not noticed.

For many years I wanted to get mines done too because I felt like it was too wide. I was used to seeing people on tv with small noses, which made me view mines as being oversized. Thanks to my boyfriend of 3 years, I have realized that true beuty is being natural and unique. He made me realize that part of having a wider nose is because I am half italian/ half spanish, and my nose is part of my heritage and look. He said that thats what makes me different from the rest and exotic. He made me realize that by me wanting a "holliwood" nose I wasn't going to be any more beautiful in his eyes. He actually told me he would be extremelly turned off by a new thin nose. I came to realize how stupid I was for so long for me to want someone else's nose! God gave me the one I got for a reason, and I have to accept it. I am not 100% agaisnt surgeries, I believe that its okay in certain situations. But I guess the point that I want to make is that girls need to stop looking up to all these holliwood celebrities because they become obsessesd about they way they look. Embrase your own nose, and find the beauty in it. Most ppl in holliwood have had surgeries and I think its so unrealistic for young women to want their looks...because most of those looks are not natural they are man-made. well except Kim, she is beautiful and natural! lol....
Anyways I hope this makes you have some thoughts about your decition. Why do you want someone else's nose? Embrace the one God gave you!
Also when you said that you are you are doing it "foryourself" and emphasized it so much, makes me think that you trying to justify yourself for doing it. If you think about is us women, dress cute, put make up on, do our hair and have surgeries to attract the opposite sex, wether we want to admit it or not its the truth (I learned it in my Gender class in my University) I was shocked, but its the truth when you think about it.

I know this is off the topic of rhinoplasty but anyway ever since i was young i've had a big round ass that just like pokes out ahah and all my family and friends use to tease me about it. they would call me names like duck, baboon, big butt, bubble butt and the list does o and on...they'd even sometimes put cushions down their pants and run around saying IM SONIA! It really really hurt me and i was affected by it..when i got into high school i barely ate because i thought that if didn't eat i would lose the fat off my bottom...instead i lost weight all around my body and my bottom was still big and because it was large as opposed to the rest of my body it looked HUUUUGE!! What im trying to say is that i've never been happy about my body until i saw pictures of you and your body...everyone compliments your figure and your bottom has alot to do with it i've noticed. I have seen alot of black girls having butts like mine and i tried to think it was okay but i thought it was in their genes to have round shaped bottom so me being from an ethnic background i thought i was a FREAK! Until i saw pictures of you and was like hey she's ethnic and we have the same ass! ahah and now im proud to say that i have a bubble butt!! If you knew what these animals went through for the "fashion" for people to wear, you would not want to be party to it in any shape or manner. Would def undergo, && am all for cosmetic surgery, if it meant feeling means being more self-confident ones self. After the pregnancy of my son a few years back, I underwent a breast aug, that in my opinion was much needed && it was one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. But then again, to each their own...I know it is a very touchy subject with lots of ppl. Anyway, about your nose, it makes you unique && part of your exotic, ethnic beauty. Embrace it girl! Some of you really don't know what you're talking about. Her breasts are real or she had the best surgeon ever. I have natural breasts & I'm lucky I don't have the drop problem yet but I am about 98% sure she has not! Fake breasts are Mariah Carey & Whitney Houston. I don't know about her butt but I think with all the speculation some1 from the doc's office would have gotten a payday by now & sold medical records to TMZ. Hi Kim! Your website is fantastic--just like you! I had a breast lift and augmentation 4 years ago. I was in my late 30's and needed to get back my D cups! Now I have the rack I had at 21. I say plastic surgery is fine but the patient must go to only the best surgeon. It's so important to do your homework so you do not end up with disastrous results or even death). Best to go with non-invasive treatments first like lasers, botox and restalyne. The bottom (no pun intended Miss Kim) line is to know that true beauty is being a good person. Anything pretty on the outside is just icing on the cake.
