Okay guys!

Summer is here and I feel like I am in good shape, but of course my sisters tell me straight up, we all need to workout and get in better shape!

Kourtney doesn't workout too much, but knows working out isn't just to lose weight, it's to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She has been tiny her whole life! In kindergarten she had to get special school uniforms made because she was still in baby sizes! Kourtney is barely five feet tall and weighs 95 pounds! Khloe is looking fabulous too and has cranked up her workouts and changed her diet! She is 5'10" and I don't know how much she weighs! I am about 5'2 1/2" and weigh 120.

After being in Europe and eating whatever we wanted, I decided to change my eating habits drastically the day I got home! I also have been spending about two hours in the gym three times a week and I am already seeing results!!!

My goal is continue my heavy workouts and just stick to it!!! It's so easy to start and then get lazy and lose focus! I am focused now and my goal is to lose about ten pounds and gain back five in muscle. I love my shape and size but want to be a little bit more lean and toned!

Now is the time! No more procrastinating!!!!

If anyone wants to start a focused diet and exercise plan, please join me!

You don't see results overnight so the key will be to motivate each other through the times when we slip off track! I will show you a few exercises and tips from my workout video every so often to give you a kick start!

Here is tip No. 1:
An exercise that I've been doing every day that's really been helping and no gym equipment is needed is... Get a chair or even go near your couch and make sure nothing is in front of it so you can stand right in front of it and act as if you are going to sit down but don't actually sit! Just lightly touch your booty on it and come back up. Do that seven times! Then do the same thing but this time only half way, come back up and do that seven times. Then do it one more time but when you go to sit down and come back up, only come up about an inch up off the chair! So each time you go lower and lower! Once you finished your lucky 21, take a break and try it again. I try to do that cycle four times.
When I was growing up, Bruce and my mom were always working out and showed us that it's so important to be healthy! So as a family and even with my friends we would buy workout videos and all do them together, go to classes like spinning or Tae Bo. We always made working out a fun activity after school or on the weekends!

Wow Kim u really r serious! I've tried to exercise, but i guess i'm not really an exerciser. I'm 5'9" and i weigh 135, but i still like to walk alot just to keep my legs toned. I think working out would be fun, but i just don't have the patience, like at all. And i don't diet either. I loved anything fried and dipped chocolate, but i know i can't eat those things forever. I will try the couch thing and maybe i'll stick to it! Good luck Kim!

Do you know how well hair vitamins work? I hope you get to this question bc I really want to know! And there isn't anyone I know who has used them.

Do you want to share with fans how your diet plan for one day? what you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack. I know you mentioned you have a sweet tooth, what are you doing to curb that? are you working out with a trainer, or just doing classes what exactly are you doing for working out?

I've been trying to get back into a routine of toning and strengthening. Most of my life, I've been like Kourtney's size, but now I'm getting a little older and my metabolism is changing and I need to crank up the exercise. :) It's fun.

I love to walk and do it daily without hesitation, but I want and need to get back in the habit of toning. It's excellent for your health, as well as for your mood and attitude!! The challenge I have is finding/making the time.

Hey Kim. I normally don't leave any posts or comments, but I just wanted to commend you on your workout DVD. I ordered it last Friday and recieved it the following Thursday. Great customer service! I sat down and watched the workout entirely, as well as flipped through the workout cards, and I must say it was great and enjoyable; very professional! The workouts look like they really challenge body strength and endurance, and I personally love the fact that little to no equipment is needed. I have been looking around for a workout that targets specific body parts, but that would also leave me fit and healthy, but my main concern is curves. I love curves and I want to keep mine! So seeing your workout plan is inspirational. I am down for the challenge! And ladies - if you're on the fence about purchasing or downloading the workout, I say go for it. The workout is easily done at home, and extremely portable.

I think its amazing that you share so much about your life with your fans. It definitely sets you apart from other celebrities in a big way and I think you're an amazing role model. I also started a diet and workout routine about 4 weeks ago and it's been slow but I'm definitely seeing results! I bought your abs workout and I love to do that when I get home from the gym. I'm about 5'1 and curvy so you are a huge inspiration to me to try and be at my best! I used to weigh around 115-120 but I was always worrying about not being thin enough, and all of the yoyo dieting caused me to gain weight, so I am trying to get healthy again! PLEASE do not lose 30 pounds!! At 5'7" 125 - 145 pounds is your ideal body range and weighing 118 is going to leave you underweight and unhealthy. Instead of looking at the scale, look at yourself in the mirror and change how you look, not what you weigh. Equally important, test your body fat percentage and get that into a healthy range, regardless of overall body weight!

Hi Kim, I just have a quick question please dont be offended by it. I was wondering what brand of bras do you use and in what size? And what swimsuits do you wear? I am a 36c but i can never find any swimwear or bra that makes my chest look as good as yours. I want something that lifts and separates but that doesnt make them look any bigger. Rory It could be true . You have to remember bone size. I am 5'2" And when I weighed 120.00 I looked fat. My best weight was 112-116 lbs. Its all about bone structure.

I'm on a strict workout plan too! I'm 5'0 with 36-28-43 measurements, so I'm a super curvey short girl... but I love the curves. However I need to get lean... I don't have a goal weight, but I want to lose about 4 inches on my waist, and maybe 3 on my hips. I most definitely want to keep the curves too, but be more toned and have less jiggle lol... keep us updated!

Just like Tyra Banks proved her breasts were all natural and she didn't have implants on her talk show in front of an audience and for the whole world to see.
She had a plastic surgeon/doctor come and do a sonogram or whatever to prove she didn't have implants, you could do the same.
You could go on a talk show or wherever and have the same done but on your ass.
And Christy from A Shot At Love, she proved her ass was real by letting the talk show host squeeze it & what not and prove she didn't have implants.
You have plenty of chances to prove it's real but you know it's not so you never take them.

Hi Kim, thanks for sharing your info. I used to work out at the gym at least 5 times a week and was very lean. Then I stopped going because it got very boring and repetitious. Now I power walk and jog in the mornings around my neighborhood - just a few minutes - and get good results. As long as you do it at a level where you run out of breath, even a few minutes goes sa long way! I also drink a lot of water, eliminate salt and junk from my diet. I remember you shared how much you enjoy junk food. I used to also but I started a new way of eating a few weeks ago after seeing a nutritionist who motivated me, and I haven't touched a bag of chips since. I now eat boiled eggs instead of fried, seasoned with pepper instead of salt and bake vegetables and drink lots of water and am slimming and toning up a lot! And being Armenian, I have a curvy bottom and very large breasts as is a trademark feature for Armenian women like yourself, with a small waist and petite everywhere else, so people always think it's cosmetic surgery but it's natural so I know it bugs the comments you must get from jealous or clueless people but my tip to you is to cut down on the junk food :)

Perfect timing! About 3 wks ago I started a challenge for myself. To meet my goal size but the end of summer. I am more Kourtney's build (5'9). I have always enjoyed working out since about 10 yrs ago. I had been lacking since Christmas going only 2 a week but I am now going 4 times. I like doing Krav Maga and Yoga. My problem is the diet. I use to have a trainer a while back and she had me eating whatever I wanted but from the 1,200 to 1,500 calories per day. Which once you count everything its pretty hard having 4 to 6 meals and keeping in that limit. I started again w/ the calorie counting cuz it has been the only thing that works for me. Not easy especially on weekends but I have lost 5 lbs in 2.5 weeks. I'm saving up walking for when I hit a plateau then I can kick up a notch with the walking. I too have the problem of having a sweet tooth but you can find alternatives for that. Wish me luck this summer!

Cardio 4 days and weight training 2-3 days (and of course eat healthy with occasional give-ins to my sweet tooth). AND I'm 113 without the booty and D size boobs. I guess I probably do have more muscle (which weighs more than fat). Just be honest. Everyone would respect you a lot more.

Wow 120? Are you sure? I am curvy just like you (34-29-40) with a booty and I weigh 148. I'm not saying you're lying but I thought you would weigh around 135-140. Hm.

Well good luck with the diet and workout plan. I hope you don't end up losing your curves. To be honest I dont think you need to lose any more weight. Toning up is always good though.

And I don't have a tiny waist, I would say my waist to hip ratio is average..I gained a few inches around the waist area..but I still can't believe you weigh 120!!! You're too thick man!

And when I say average I mean for girls with small waists and wide hips.

FIrst of all kim is 5'2 and thats pretty damn short and that makes a big difference in weight so all you haters just calm down there horsies. and Kim I agree walking around in a mini bikin with mini me kourtney is not an easy task so i feel you on gaining some lean muscle and losing some warmth. I know I would look tight as hell if I could lose that last 10 pounds and tightn my thighs n abs and I REALLY want to my boyfriend is having a little too much fun jiggling me around!! My biggest weakness is GOOOD ASSS FOOD i must have some good taste buds cuz I LOVE sushi love ribs in n out burgers d list can go onnnn!!! Wow Kim, thanks for the motivation! I am the same height as you & struggling w/ my weight, I weigh 134! It has been really hard for me to get back down to my normal size since having my 3rd baby! Im tired ALL the time! I have weighed 125 for most of my 20's, I am now 30 & am struggling!!! I am definatly gonna try the chair exercise, & if you have any more tips please share!!!

Kim, you are not 120 pounds that I believe you are lying about. I say you weight about 130-132 pounds. If you weight 120 you would be really small. My sister has your same exact shape and is your height she is dieting right now she weighs 135 she wants to weigh 120. lol but then what women ever states her real weight everyone tends to lie make themselves 5 to 10 pounds less sounds about right. great post by the way.

u can tell that ur very insecure about ur body. my guess would be that u have breast implants and definately some work done on your nose. i'm still unsure about the butt implants. but i wouldn't be shocked. just be happy wit what ur mom and dad gave u and stop spending so much money tryin change ur body to keep a man. I'm about 5'2 ish and i weigh 120 also, but not ur kind of 120 lol i have the same kind of figure as ur sister which is why i dont think she weighs 95 lbs (this is of course judging from pictures) but to me it doesnt matter ur sizes or numbers u are both beautiful! I want to kick myself into gear and I feel that ur motivating me to do so...

I honestly admire every1 who keeps up (or tries to keep up) a healthy lifestyle!

I'd make a terrible role model coz i eat tonnes of junk, i never excercize (i'm a uk size 8 but not sure what that would be in american sizes?), i smoke but in my defence i am gonna quit and i probably drink way too much at the weekends! I was almost inspired to hit the gym there but if i'm honest i'm just too damn lazy!

i have been running almost 3 miles a day and after my run i go up and down the bleachers at school. it is so hard considering how over weight i am, but slowly but surely i'm losing weight and toning my legs. so you can say that i've been keeping up with you. well wish me luck, i dont look fat, i look more thick than fat, but i am 40lbs over weight. im goin to need all the luck i can get lol...

I think you are look simply fabulous darling....stick thin is not in!!!! I have always been a fan of the 40's.....pin-ups and what not. Def cant forget about Marilyn....those are the images that come to mind when i think of a beautiful healthy body. Im 24 years old and I am glad that you are in the media and setting a good example for girls. We cant all have a booty like yours but at least some people can look at your body and say....its okay to not be a size 2!!! Im 5'6 140 and I LOVE it...

You are right, Kim...you have to be really consistent with your workout...after i graduated high school i gained like 15 pds!!!! but my boyfriend and me have been going to 24 hr fitness for 1 year lost it all and now im working on toning more...i Think I would like to lose 10 ,ore pds. lol!
