I used to work for an agency that provided case management services living with and affected by HIV and AIDS. Let me tell you that experience really enriched my life. You seem to be a well-rounded person. Yes you're into make up and all that girly stuff, but you're getting more involved in charity and although you were born into money, you're not some lazy chic sitting around living off a trust fund.
