Alright, so this email is regarding jeans. I’m short, about 5’1, have a butt and ample thighs, but I’m still about 105 lbs( I’m Arab—enough said). So, I guess one could say I’m petit and curvy. I LOVE jeans, and I feel limited to a small range of jeans due to my frame. My successful buys have been Diesel (Cherok style), Jbrand, True Religion, Sass & Bide, Lucky (which I always alter on my sewing machine) and a couple of other steals from places like Forever 21. I can usually never wear sevens or rock & republics ( I think it’s the long zipper style). Recently, I went to a Guess store and tried on skin-tight jeans which consequentially were flattering. I was wondering what other jean brands were out there, and if jean designers/companies cater to specific women, ethnicities, etc.
Thanks for your time, and I hope you can advise myself and others about the ins and outs of the jean industry.

P.S. What is “down-sizing”? I tried on a size 23 at the Guess store, and I have never seen that size before. Is that an example of “down-sizing”?
