that's so true, my girlfriend lives very far from me but we manage to see eachother as often as we can, it is possible to have a good distance relationship! and yes is true that you have to watch the carbohidrates in your diet, but only the bad ones!, like sugars and sweets, you have to eat good carbs, like oatmeal and rice, you must excercise, do wheight training, and cardio, but cardio is not everything! diet and muscle tissue will give you a great figure, not only cardio.

I need your advice. I am 22 and I know that when you were my age, you were married. I have been with my boyfriend for 5 years. We are breaking up and I am having such a difficult time with this. I am so content with the way my life has been, playing house wife etc. and sleeping next to the same person for about 3 and half years. I do not have alot of close friends, no brothers and sisters and don't have a close relationship with my parents. So I'm basically sticking this one out on my own. I am finally gathering the courage to end this b/c of emotional and rare physical abuse.. But deep down, I love him very much. You're a bit older than me and have experienced more so I would really appreciate some words of wisdom from you. Some advice on how I can get through this.

Kim, who are you to be giving people advice? You guys really shouldn't be asking Kim about anything. She does nothing for herself. She has make up artists, hair stylist and trainers for that! Unless you live the same celebrity lifestyle as Kim none of her advice will apply to you. For example, the post about the $150 bangles and $60 tee's...everyone complained about the prices. Also, she said her work out routine was working out 5 times a week. I'm sorry, most people have REAL jobs that consists of things other than parading down Robertson Blvd. shopping all day!
You people should really ask your doctor to refer you to a dietitian and physical therapist to give you a good work out plan that relates to your lifestyle and health history. They spend years and years in college studying the human body. I think they know a little better about how it works.

Kim's advice is all wrong! You do not suppress cravings by feeding them! FILLING yourself up with a healthy meal and then feeding your sweet tooth is not a healthy thing to do. You should never FILL yourself up with anything, no matter how healthy. You should be eating in moderation. Every time you crave sweets the answer is not to fill yourself up with a healthy meal first then take part in your cravings. There is just soo many things wrong with that advice.

Kim you are a great girl but maybe you should really research things or refer your fans to the right information. What works for you will not always work for us, obviously!

First of all your a pretty girl with your sisters and Mami too...But got a question for you and your Mami..I'm a 31yr Realtor, I have eight children and I'm back with my ex-husband. Things are going great for him and the kids cause where back together, but I'm not happy at all.
