I recently filmed an episode of How I Met Your Mother! This is the first sitcom I have ever worked on, and I absolutely loved it!

Everyone on the set was extremely kind and so fun to work with! Bob Saget, who is the show's narrator, and cast member Jason Segel were there as well as my own mother, who everyone got to meet. Ha!

I played the role of...(wait for it)... myself!

In the scene I am on the cover of a weekly magazine and I come to life! So, I had to film it all on a green screen!

I can't wait to see the show! I really had a great time and hope this opens up other opportunities for me in the acting world.

I gather you all know what a hard time this week has been—and for obvious reasons. I haven’t commented on anything because it is personal for others, but my silence is unusual and I know it’s upsetting some of you so here is what I will say:

I have never planted stories of any kind in any way. I have always been open and honest in what I do and what I’m doing. There are dozens of engagement rumors every month... then it will soon move to marriage and then it will move to babies. I can’t control these rumors and I don’t care to try.
 
I have learned many lessons being in this business. You can’t always believe what you read and hear. We all make mistakes. I have certainly made mine and I’m sure I will make mistakes in the future. The important thing is to learn from them.

So, next time something happens and you don’t hear a response from me, please assume it is a silly rumor that is not true or that I have decided that it is not appropriate for me to respond.

I am SO thrilled to tell you that I am going to guest star in an upcoming episode of CBS' How I Met Your Mother!!!

I think the show is totally hilarious and I am so excited to hang out on set with the whole cast to see what the vibe is like in real life!!!

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, who I love, will also appear on the episode. But I don't know if I will actually see them because we aren't in the same scene!

On the show, which airs in January, I play a woman on a cover of a magazine who comes to life. And yes, I play myself.

I can't wait!!!

I hosted the Daily 10 on E! with Debbie and Sal this week! I absolutely love those guys!

Katt was out so I filled in for her! It was so much fun! Ryan Seacrest came in to check up on me, too!

I'm not going to lie, I was sooo nervous! 

Friday night we celebrated my 28th birthday party in Vegas! I was originally supposed to be in London with Reggie but obviously didn't go due to his knee surgery. This party was planned for a while because I originally thought I wouldn't be able to go to London due to Dancing With the Stars—so when I was able to go, I was always going to fly back from London for this birthday party and fly right back to London so I wouldn't miss the game! I know it’s a lot of flying, but flying doesn't really bother me! I can always sleep! LOL!
 
So we planned this trip from L.A. to Vegas... Me, Kourtney, Khloe, Brittny, Robin, Jonathan, Caroline and her boyfriend Alexander, Charity and Danielle! We all flew together! When we landed we went straight to the Luxor hotel! It has been renovated and all redone and is to die for!!!! Our room was 5,000 square feet! The nicest hotel I've ever stayed in! There was a gym, steam showers and pool table!

We were blasting music while we were getting ready and the door bell rings... IT'S REGGIE!!! He surprised me! The coaches and doctors agreed that Reggie was well enough to fly to Vegas and attend my party. I was being a total mom type and made a security guard stand next to him so no one would bump into his knee! LOL! He is feeling great and will be back in no time! Yesterday the Saints won their game against the Chargers in London!!!

We all got glammed up for the party but we were noticing that every single one of us looked like we were attending a different event! Here is Khloe's analysis:

• Kim - the Golden Globes (but it’s my birthday so I have the pass to dress like whatever I want!)

• Khloe - Vegas strip for sure!
• Brittny - Vegas glitzy, but in the dead of winter

This was a birthday I will never forget!!!
 

OMG! There are a bunch of websites reporting today that Reggie and I are engaged! The reports spread far enough to the point that both my publicist and Reggie's Saints publicist called to congratulate us!

Apparently someone has made a fake Facebook page, pretending to be me, and the page said I got engaged!

Here's an excerpt from Hollywood Bubble's report:

According to Kim’s Facebook, she is now engaged. The duo allegedly went out for dinner late Monday night, and Reggie slipped a ring inside her dessert.
At around 4:35 am PT, Kim set her Facebook status to “Engaged, never put a ring in someone’s dessert, they could SWALLOW IT!!!!”.

By around 5:30 am PT, Kim signed off and said “Kim Going to bed Goodnight!!!”.

Everyone has been calling Reggie and I asking us! It's not true!

I don't even have a Facebook page! Maybe I should get one! 

Do you guys have Facebook? MySpace? I do have a MySpace page, should I start my own Facebook page, too?

The site MediaTakeOut (which I now call "MediaFakeOut") always posts inaccurate things, like I cheated on Dancing With The Stars and got kicked off... That's not even possible! But I get the gossip market is slow right now and they need to make up whatever stories they can!

Anyway, today they posted three year-old pictures of Reggie in his junior year of college, right as he was getting drafted into the NFL! I didn't even know him then! Yet the website is claiming these pictures are recent and while I have been on Dancing he has been cheating! NOT TRUE!

People, he is in the middle of his NFL Season!!! I find it really pathetic people will sell old photos to get themselves attention and try to ruin a relationship! NOT HAPPENING HERE HONEY! This was never Reggie's girlfriend.

The reason I am shutting this rumor down instead of letting it go is because Reggie and I pride ourselves on our good trusting relationship and we will never let any of this untrue gossip get in the way of what we have! We are committed to each other and it's important for both mine and Reggie's fans to always hear the truth from us!

To be honest if I didn't know someone and saw pictures I would believe it all, too—not knowing the history, the details or the timeline. That's why I'm writing this blog, so you all don't believe what you read or see unless you get the facts from the source!

Ha ha—Isn't Reggie's Sprint Trio phone, the one he has in the pictures on MediaTakeOut.com sooo three years ago!? Thats because the pic was taken over three years ago!  Now it's all about his iPhone! Proof, people! LOL!
